Ford Transit Propshaft propeller shaft centre constant velocity joint also known as a CV joint , complete with high speed gaiter together as a kit.
Please note that there are 2 sizes of joints fitted to the Ford Transit so we would ask for you to measure the outer diameter of your old joint before you purchase as there is no other way of telling the difference.

The best way to confirm this is the right part for your vehicle is to count the internal splines as some vehicles can take two different sized cv joints on the propshaft.
